Our program imparts practical skills, such as tool use and craftsmanship, within a value-based framework. Small class sizes—typically 6 to 8 pupils per group—ensure that each child receives sufficient individual attention and deeper, more personalized guidance. This supportive community fosters a space where both mentorship and camaraderie flourish, allowing the boys to grow with guidance and encouragement.

Through weekly sessions over a two-year period and an annual camp gathering, we aim to shape these boys into confident, skilled, and emotionally mature young men. Our goal is not just to equip them with hands-on skills, but to build a strong ethical foundation rooted in hard work, personal responsibility, and loyalty to family, empowering them to face life’s challenges—present and future—with courage and confidence.
