🎡 Children of Rohan Ukraine: A Journey of Hope Through Music πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦

In June 2025, 31 children of Rohan, Ukraine, a war-affected community near Kharkiv, began a life-changing journey. Thanks to generous donors and dedicated organizers, they traveled across the country to Lviv to participate in a national children’s music festival called Bringing Back Childhood.

For these children, who have spent years growing up under the threat of war, this trip brought a rare gift: peace, joy, and the chance to feel like kids again.

Their journey began in the city of Rohan, where they boarded the train with hopeful eyes and hearts full of anticipation. The trip was organized by Mariia Viktorivna, with support from Power in UA, the Kharkiv District Administration, and Helping Ukraine US.

At the festival in Lviv, they joined hundreds of other children in unforgettable activities β€” art therapy, music rehearsals, zoo visits, and the setting of a national record by unfurling a 42Γ—65-meter Ukrainian flag. These are the kinds of healing experiences that build resilience and restore childhood β€” even in wartime.
