Together with the Mamay Foundation, Helping Ukraine US is working to change this through specialized emergency medical training. Civilians and soldiers are learning how to stop life-threatening bleeding and perform vital interventions when ambulances cannot arrive in time. Without help, massive bleeding can take a life in just three minutes—training prevents that.
