The panel:

Emory Morsberger, @emorymorsberger, member, Gwinnett Rotary Club

The breakdown:

When Atlanta real estate developer Emory Morsberger heard about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, he knew he wanted to “do more than just write a check.”

He traveled to Ukraine to personally deliver vital supplies to doctors, and volunteer in a refugee camp through Rotary International and Friends of Disabled Adults and Children. There, he saw the full effects of the war upon Ukraine, and was inspired by the hope that people held onto.

Morsberger established his own foundation to help the people of Ukraine and forge relationships between Atlanta and Ukraine.

Tomorrow on Political Rewind: GPB’s Stephen Fowler joins the panel.
