Mobile Hospitals for civilians

Mobile Hospitals for civilians caught in the crossfire

Area: Frontline regions of Ukraine
Status: On-going
Budget: $11,500
Impact: Over 200 people

In the war-torn regions of eastern Ukraine, access to medical care has become nearly impossible. Destroyed hospitals and infrastructure have left millions without basic medical services, especially those living near the frontlines. This is where the Mobile Hospitals project steps in to provide critical, life-saving care.

These mobile hospitals are modular units built from repurposed shipping containers, equipped with modern medical technology to perform emergency surgeries and trauma care directly in the field.

What makes these hospitals unique is their self-sufficiency—they are powered by solar panels and generators, allowing them to operate even when the local power grid is down due to constant bombardment and missile strikes.

The primary goal of the project is to deploy mobile medical units quickly to areas close to combat zones, where doctors can perform emergency surgeries, provide trauma care, and save lives.

Today, we are raising funds to purchase and outfit an additional shipping container, turning it into a fully functioning operating room.

To make this possible, we need to raise $11,500.

Each mobile hospital can make a life-changing impact, offering life-saving medical care to hundreds of people in the most dangerous and underserved areas.

Together, with the Power In UA team as our partner, we are committed to reducing suffering and saving lives in eastern Ukraine.
